Annette Billard – Global Mortgage Management

I started my financial services career 15 years ago after independently gaining my CeMAP qualification. I joined Countrywide Mortgage Services where during my nine-year career with them, worked my way up from Trainee Mortgage Consultant to Senior Regional Sales Manager and then finally to Just Mortgages as a Divisional Sales Manager.

In 2017 I decided to return to my passion of helping clients rather than managing teams. It was then I joined Global Mortgage Management Ltd. In the last 12 months I have secured finance of over £18,500,000 and helped more than 120 clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.

I am committed to ensuring I give not only the best mortgage advice based on their individual needs but to always make sure I have educated my clients on the various protection policies. It is my responsibility to explain everything in a clear and simple way and take away any fear of insurance by delivering the information in a way they can fully understand. I am very passionate about my role and will always give my clients the time they need to ensure they have a clear understanding on their applications. It is not only important that they know how their mortgage works but they feel secure in their home knowing they are protected from the hurdle’s life can sometimes put in their way.

Buying a home and taking out a mortgage is one of the biggest investments most people will ever make in their lives and it’s important that as mortgage and protection advisors we continue to change perceptions and deliver the message to the customer in an impactful way.
