To best serve the marketplace Crystal’s proposition encompasses both a packaged and a direct to customer service.

The Intermediary sector is a primary focus and represents 90% of all the annual cases completed. We are now able to educate and provide Mortgage solutions to just over 60% of the total DA/AR adviser community.

We have significantly invested in technology by creating new online submission processes. This has evolved quickly with 85% of all new enquiries now submitted via this route.
