Under the leadership of founder and chief executive Ying Tan, Dynamo assists consumers nationwide with all their mortgage requirements including buy to let, residential, commercial, bridging and second charge as well as offering a protection and general insurance service. On top of this it runs a highly successful mortgage club and packaging service under its business arm – a broad proposition that is matched by few other organisations.
2020 has undoubtedly been a tough year for all businesses, but Dynamo is proud of the resilience and determination that has been demonstrated in the face of the pandemic. Thanks to its forward-thinking senior management team, it was extremely well-placed to make the switch to home working when it was required with contingency measures having been both pre-planned and tested.

Training and development remains an important focus for the company. Our Academy continues to introduce new talent to the industry whilst we’ve undertaken an intensive programme of staff development across the business to ensure that the quality of advice and the client experience remain second to none.
