For example, our smartphone app described above is being upgraded to allow electronic ID checking, which will mean that the physical dispatch of documents to prove identification will no longer be necessary, saving processing time and eliminating the potential loss of important documentation.
In an age where issues over data security and fraud are on the increase, our ISO27001 accreditation in data and information security management and our investment in systems to vet all identity documentation to weed out fraudulent applications, along with our commitment to customer and lender partners is taken very seriously.
