Each case is dealt with by the same individual throughout the process, meaning the customer has continuity and places their trust in their adviser. We have a unique internal sourcing system that allows our advisers to ensure that each customer is getting the best finance available to them. 2020 has most certainly been a challenging year for everyone, including Norton Finance; however, with our previous experiences in the ups and downs of the finance industry, this had prepared us to weather the storm to the absolute best of our abilities and ensure our dedication to our customers never faltered. We had to adapt quickly to a new way of working, which will be reflected going into 2021.
