We launched Precise Mortgages in 2010 with the aim of helping borrowers underserved by high street lenders get the mortgage they need.
Since then, we’ve enhanced our proposition, offering diverse solutions for buy to let and residential mortgages, bridging finance and second charge loans.
Our criteria is straightforward so customers always know what to expect, and we can provide upfront decisions with a decision in principle in minutes.
Alongside a committed award-winning sales team, an in-house real estate team and online tools available 24/7, we aim to make submitting cases as easy as possible.
From research we conducted with brokers in 20211, we discovered that:
- 5% would rate us 8 or above for ease of finding and selecting a relevant product
- 3% would rate us 8 or above for ease of obtaining a decision in principle
- 83% would rate us 8 or above for ease of establishing whether we could assist with a case
In September we launched our brand new campaign, “on the case”, highlighting why we should be first on a broker’s list when the high street can’t help.
We revamped our messaging, and our entire creative look and feel, fully integrating it across multiple channels, with the aim of increasing brand recognition.
As we return to a “new normal” we’ve ensured our product ranges keep up. This includes:
- A new residential range with lower rates/higher LTVs, plus support for wider levels of adverse.
- Cutting rates and fees across buy to let.
- Expanding our bridging range criteria.
