I am a worthy winner because of my great desire to improve the reputation of the mortgage industry and make good advice more accessible to the masses. I am going to share with you how I have done that since I launched my business only 18 months ago.
My objective is to help people make better mortgage and home-buying decisions and improve customer outcomes by providing educational videos and blogs.
Social media is my preferred method to get my message out to a wider audience. The information I provide is free and I do not demand anything in return (there is no sales funnel attached or requirements to provide personal data for future marketing)
I have produced a variety of videos ranging from Masterclasses on Shared Ownership, Equity loan & Buy to Let’s to how to negotiate the best price on your property purchase and obtaining a mortgage on maternity leave. All of the content is original and created by me.

I have also built a strong relationship with some of the UK’s smaller lenders such as Mansfield, Principality, Market Harborough, Tipton and Hinckley & Rugby. I interview the lenders for my social media channels to educate not only my own customers but other mortgage brokers.

Although my own business is just over 18-months old, I have 14-years mortgage industry experience. I spent 8 years with Chelsea Building Society as a tied advisor and then eventually Branch Manager, I then joined Buildstore (AR of MAB) and was specialist self-build broker for 3 years before joining a small independent local mortgage brokerage. I have experience of working for both big corporate organisations and also smaller independent firms which has given me the best of both worlds and enabled me to provide a market leading customer experience combining both cutting edge-technology and traditional mortgage advice.
